Greatland Farms Lake Section is the name of the subdivision.  The community does an annual fee of $400.  to help maintain the roads and the lake area.  This is a very quiet community with just a handful of nice homes.  A driveway is already cut into the property.  The lot has septic approval for an alternative system.  The lot lays fairly level at the proposed homesite, and falls just slightly to the lake below.  You can easily fish from the bank, or build a dock with fairly level access into the lake.  Ask for covenants/restrictions and a plat to be emailed.  There is fairly easy access to both I81 and I66, each at under 15 minutes. Drive 1.8 miles Turn left onto Plantation Rd.  Drive ¼ mile, turn right onto Great Lake Dr.  Drive ½ mile to the lake. Just after the lake, the driveway is cut in on your left.  Greatland Farm does not allow for sale signs on individual lots.   There is no physical address assigned to the property.
